Supply Chain Analyst - capacity planning

·        Generating and maintaining capacity plans for Injection Molding and other “high value” processes (Foaming, Press/ Vacuum Laminating, Slushing, Thermoforming); extension to rest of the processes already finished or still in progress.

·    Analyzing needed and available equipment for RFQs in order to reduce investments and optimize capacity utilization

·    Planning and maintining overview of required machine transfers among production plants

·    Checking inhouse opportunities for running or awarded programs >>> support for Purchasing and Costing

·    Predicting future equipment utilization and program investments

·    Providing capacity related figures whenever a person/ department needs them

·    Maintaining the equipment database (showing technical data for idle machines)

·   Administration of PIMIS (Process Injection Molding Information System)

·        Technical education

·        MS Excel – expert (programming)

·        Analytical thinking

·        Technical thinking

·        Experience in similar position preferably

·        English language - advanced
