FMP Analyst
Key Accountabilities:
* Timely and accurate production of a range of client and Johnson’s internal reporting from the system
* Review and develop useful reports from the system.
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and site managers
* Key interface of the account with the GWS IT team
* Full ownership of work order reporting and timely closing of old work orders
* Lead the transition of the SEUK on to FMP
* Full documentation of all process’s to be written up
* Training of FMP to all new members
* Analysis and management of data from FMP
* Pro-actively support transformation initiatives and reporting of the initiatives
* Provide support for the DWH for the account
* Provide ad-hoc support to Commercial Director as required.

Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
* Graduate with business knowledge
* CMMS – system knowledge – ideally maximo.
* Some IFM experience gained either through commercial, facilities, project and/or account management exposure or a strong background in engineering / surveying.
* Strong analytical & negotiation skills.
* Open and honest with high standards of personal integrity.
* Excellent all-round IT Skills.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the account
* Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels.
* Performance driven with experience of working in an environment where delivering requirements within tight timescales is a pre-requisite.
* Self motivated, high achiever & strategic vision.
