Vendor Master Coordinator

Johnson Controls is actively looking for a Vendor Master Coordinator who will support our internal clients across the whole EMEA region.
 
You will be responsible for:
* Maintenance of suppliers records in various Enterprise Resource Planning systems: check for completness, review the correcteness and approvals and enter supplier records to various ERP systems
* Electronic archiving of all required documents
* Reporting activities to support tactical procurement and business operation
* Regular updates of the suppliers´ database
* Participation in projects with focus to increase effectiveness of Vendor master data team
* Communication with internal customers in English language

We expect:

* University Degree
* Active knowledge of English in written and spoken form; other language is an advantage
* Process orientation and customer service focus
* Ability to gather, relate and summarize information into logical conclusions
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use business systems software
