Purchasing Administrator with English and French language

What are your tasks?
* Taking requests by e-mail/fax
* Entering purchase request details into an electronic system
* Dealing with customers internal as well as external
* Communication with JCI branches/sites/suppliers
* Administration support
* Adaptability to a changing role: We are looking for innovative people who will identify areas of improvement in our processes.
We expect:
* Focus on detailed and systematic work,
* Customer-orientation,
* Problem solving skills, self-motivation and reliability are essential to this position,
* Fluent English and French in written and spoken form is a must,
* basic knowledge or interest in studying other language is an advantage
