Account Performance Manager (EMEAR Business Analyst) - 4 Month FTC

Johnson Controls Global WorkPlace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Account Performance Manager (Business Analyst) to join the team located in Bratislava.
 
Role Summary:
 
Partner with the Theatre Leader to ensure clear and consistent reporting of the portfolio’s activities is easily achieved and consistently available
Assist Global Business Operations Lead and EMEAR Theatre Lead in positioning Johnson Controls as the trusted advisor
To identify and resolve business issues and data challenges of the client's organization and industry, ensuring issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a proactive manner
Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
Deliver and assist in client energy management policy, including gathering, storing and analyzing information with a focus on achieving client targets
Unify and promote the Global Business Analysts Network
Standardised and continuously improved monthly and quarterly theatre level reporting consistent with the global template
Theatre level KPI and SLA reporting
Data warehouse interfaces and report generation
Theatre level data reliability management
Communicate information or business intelligence needs with internal staff and/or external clients, evaluating issues with a broad, multi-function, multi-year perspective.
Assist in development and upgrading of database systems and analytical techniques.
To identify client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
To produce high level reports to aid teams in monitoring and analyzing performance, consistently responding to the information needs of the customer.
Standardised theatre level implementation of service matrices with uniformity of understanding
To build and promote a global platform for storing and sharing information, utilizing tools where applicable. Effectively managing the complexity of working across multiple countries, functions, entities and cultures.
Assist and interpret financial and behavioural information to build models for analysis to aid interpretation.
To build a structured reporting client reporting plan, continually reviewing systems and processes, anticipating, analyzing and problem solving in a pro-active manner.
Promote and sponsor a culture of continuous improvement and best practice, taking a global perspective in finding ways to expand the business.
 
Experience Required:
 
Significant experience working with Johnson Controls and other business reporting tools
Experience of end to end business reporting systems
Exemplary MS Office Skills
Full understanding of Global Business & Tools
Degree Level Candidate
Considerable MS Office skills (especially ppt & excel)
In depth knowledge of reporting tools
