Business Performance MI Analyst

* Issuing of transitional Customer Satisfaction
* Surveys.
* Compilation of reports and their distribution.
*  Issuing of biannual Customer Satisfaction
* Surveys.
* Compilation of quarterly business review
* Customer Satisfaction Surveys and
* distribution of reports.
* Compilation and analysis of Work Order data on periodic basis and as required.Calculation of service performance KPI metrics on monthly basis.
* Completion of KPI section of Service Performance Scorebook.

* Collection and compilation of Building Incident Reports (BIR) data.

* Run Cognos reports on periodic and ad-hoc basis

* Fluent English and Dutch language – written and spoken
* University degree – Management, Business or Quantitative subjects
* Minimum 2-3 years of workplace experience
* Experience and fluency in the compilation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data sets
* Excel – highly proficient
* PowerPoint – proficient
*  Good communication skills: written and verbal
* Proven time management and organizational skills
*  Experience of working in an environment where delivering outcomes within tight timescales is a pre-requisite
* Dutch and English language
* Experience in multi service business
* PowerPoint – highly proficient
