Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

·         Process development and assembly sequencing (process flow chart) for new programs

·         Use industrial engineering methods to define tooling and equipment concept

·         Manufacture feasibility analysis (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA on new products

·         Plant and process layout for new products and plant launches (Autocad)

·         Preparation of Supplier statement of work

·         Setup tooling and equipment in the Plant and support launch activities

·         Write process specifications  and risk analysis

·         Write specifications for manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for equipment procurement

·         Provide Budget for equipment (refurbished / new)

·         Work with  SD-Teams to complete product launches

·         Monitor process tooling and equipment through production start-up

·         Monitor and audit manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant

·         Degree in Engineering (mechanical or industrial)

·         Min. 5 years experience as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer

·         OEM or Tier One automotive seating or interior trim work experience

·         High volume automotive manufacturing engineering  work experience

·         Strong computer and manufacturing simulation skills

·         JCMS/ Lean manufacturing

·         Plastics Process and Equipment
