Senior Business Analyst

Background
With the launch of Spacebook as the front end of the Corporate Services DataWarehouse, the tool will be the focus of significant scrutiny as the source for multiple senior management reports.
 
This will combining multiple golden sources of data into a single repository where powerful information will be available for the first time in an integrated form, across the following service lines: Client Services, Real Estate,Projects, Facility Services, Lease Admin, Engineering, Finance and PerformanceManagement.
 
This requires a strong owner of SpaceBook within CRES, who can ensure it delivers against expectation, continues to maintain high quality data and develops to respond to and anticipate ongoing demand for more reporting.

1. Actas the end user facing point of contact for Spacebook
2. Evangelise and proselytize the tool to all levels of  the Customers
3. Deliverand coordinate senior level introductions to the tool, including runningtraining sessions
4. Ensure the correct representation of golden source data from stakeholders in theSpacebook format
5. Anticipate and develop new report functionality based on experience of Real Estate andFacilities Management environments, best practise and market leaders inCorporate Services requirements
6. Capture,verify and document business requirements from users to support business change(s)

7. Coordinatework between the different stakeholder teams providing input to Spacebook,including all CRES workstreams and vendors, to deliver consistent and accurate data into the system
8. Interactwith Corporate Technology to deliver identified enhancements and improvements to the content and format of Spacebook
9. Create a Community of Practise for Spacebook users to assist with improving the tool and refining reporting and product development opportunities

* Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
* The candidate must have a good level of Real Estate knowledge as this will be useful in understanding the measurement and data issues that CRES face.
* Furthermore it is important that they are credible and persuasive as they will need to face off with several different client groups.
