Indirect Customer Service Agent with fluent FRENCH and English

Johnson Controls is actively looking for a Customer Service Agent based in Bratislava, Slovakia to provide support to our customers in various countries in Europe.
 
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
* Act as a central point of contact for customers and suppliers
* Promote an efficient and professional image to all customers and suppliers, both internal and external at all times
* Participate in the Continuous Improvement Project Work

The main goal of this position is to provide effective business support ensuring that accuracy and timeliness are the key priorities. The role includes responsibilities in the following areas:
* Processing and uploading of sales / purchase orders in ERP systems, taking customer enquiries;
* management of lead times with corresponding internal and external paeties
* support of logistics requirements in order processing;
* invoicing;
* customer/supplier creation in the system;
* coordination of warranty cases resolution;
* participation in project work;

Geographical scope: EMEA

We expect:
* Fluent French and English is a must
* Strong customer-oriented approach
* Previous experience in data processing where quality of output is key
* Experience in and international company
* Experience with cash&bank processes is an advantage
* Logistics knowledge is an advantage
* Strong time-management and self-management skills
