HR Generalist

* HR Generalist acts as a first point of contact & internal advisor in HR related matters for management teams in respective countries;
* Builds strong relations with the business representatives and keeps involved in the business challenges and goals from HR point of view;
* Coordinates the recruitment process within region,
* Assists hiring managers with completing all required hiring documentation, ensuring compliance with onboarding policies for new-hires; preparation of all relevant documentation;
* Sources candidates through proactive recruitment techniques and other external methods;
* Provides advice and support on Compensation&Benefit related questions & policies; liaises with C&B department as and when appropriate and required (annual merit review, salary increases, incentives); ensures that Salary administration policy in effectively applied in the business;
* Close cooperation with local payroll/HR departments within the region to ensure allignement with local legislation; Provides advice to managers on employee law matters;
* Provides advise and support on training&development related questions; liaises with Learning&Development department and coordinates any internal/external trainings where required;
* Coordinates transitions and de-mobilisations from an HR point of view. A key player in the local transition team during transitions;
* Assists with regular reviews of HR system data to ensure that the information is as accurate as possible; liaises with HRIS team to provide data integrity;
* Assists with the Succession planning process;
* Provides advice to the business on all key corporate programmes to ensure they are in line with defined policies & guidlines (e.g. employee performance reviews, employee surveys, ethics, etc.);
* Participates in EMEA HR forums/meetings;
* Regular reporting activities.
* Degree in social science or business administration;
* Min. 4 years experience as HR generalist/professional in a matrix organization;
* Recruiting experience;
* Fluent English speaking;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Professional, business partnering attitude;
* MS Office, Excel good knowledge.
