Business Review Manager

The Business Review Manager role is initially designed for a temporary period of 6 months.
 
The Business Review Manager has overall responsibility of space and occupancy data upkeep and ensuring standards and business rules are followed. They will liaise with client’s business reviewers to capture changes to ensure that service labour agreement and report delivery deadlines are met.
 
* Update platform to reflect additions and changes to building layouts and occupancy; ensure accuracy of input by undertaking verification activities with other personnel and clients.
* Ensure space standards and business rules are followed and policed.
* Provide reports and analysis using the platform to support contract deliverables.
* Distribute templates to capture changes to all associated individuals and manage the timely receipt including escalation processes where applicable.
* Work to meet project commitments related to time constraints on deliverables and quality expectations.
* Administers platform users and their access rights

* Strong German language skill both writing and speaking is essential
* High attention to detail.
* Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
* Effective interpersonal skills, especially communication (verbal / written).
* Strong planning and organizing skills.
* Proficient in use of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
* Previous knowledge of any space management platforms preferred (Manhattan, Archibus, Tririga, Planon, etc.)
