Quality Engineer Cust Liaison

Description :

·          Ensure completion of external and internal 8D for quality issues,

·          Analyses internal defects found in the JC production and implement corrective actions,

·          Analyze parts returned through warranty system t

·          Lead the implementation of specific customer quality initiatives as required,

·          Analyses and reports daily quality results from manufacturing,

·          Develops, follow up on roadmap and quality indicators to improve quality performance for processes of ownership

·          Support continuous improvement actions to reduce the cost of non quality (e.g.: RPPM, CPPM, IPPM, SPPM, Warranty),

·          Attend quality performance meeting with customer  as required,

·          Participate in the PFMEA development

·          Prepare and maintain control plan for final products

 

Qualifications:

* Bachelor´ s degree in engineering or related field
* minimum 2 years experiences in Quality area , experiences in automotive industry desired
* knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, controls plan ,ISO TS 16949 etc.
* English language fluent
