This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our founders and represent our brand at industry-leading conferences.


Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio using our comprehensive database of contacts.
  • Engage in strategic headhunting to match top-tier talent with premier opportunities.
  • Collaborate with founders to design and execute headhunting projects from inception to completion.
  • Represent the face of Jobs by EBCG at prestigious conferences, enhancing our visibility and network.
  • Utilize advanced digital tools and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders to promote our innovative services.
  • Provide insightful feedback to the leadership team to refine and enhance service offerings.
  • Oversee client projects, ensuring high standards of professionalism and efficiency in execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and expand the client portfolio with no requirement for cold calling.
  • Perform comprehensive headhunting tasks to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Act as the project lead, coordinating with founders and other team members for seamless project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary representative of Jobs by EBCG at industry conferences, embodying the brand and its values.
  • Implement strategic business development initiatives to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Leverage existing databases and digital tools to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain influential relationships within the industry to support business growth.
  • Provide strategic insights and reports to enhance operational effectiveness and market competitiveness.

EBCG stands for European Business Conferences Group. We organize 10 extraordinary conferences all around the world, including 3 in Slovakia, all for open, curious and persistent people. Our typical conference is around 200 people in one of the premier convention centers or 5-star hotel. 95% of all attendees are C-level executives.
