Jobhouse Ltd., for its Customer, world-class leader in design, manufacturing and marketing of Power Tools, Techtronic Industries Group (TTI) www.ttigroup.com, whose brand portfolio includes Milwaukee©, AEG©, Ryobi© and Homelite© is looking for a person to work in the position of:

Costumer Service Assistant
Work place: BUDAPEST

Duties:
- Administrative work related to customer service
-Managing orders from CZ market(inserting, amending, cancelling, booking courier for express deliveries, contact wth the customers and SF) in BPCS-future in SAP
-Procesing claims
-Creating credit & debit notes
-Solving the issues with delays/short/over deliveries and back orders
-Reporting

Demands:
- Can speak Czech, Slovak and English (Czech and English is the most important)
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation and willingness to learn
