Senior Technical Specialist - Low/High Voltage

The position is being occupied for leading commercial property group in Central and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities:
Technical Specialist key focus is to collect, summarize and implement technical know-how into company development projects
- provides technical support in content of Concept, Scheme design and Business Plan for project team
- proposes optimal technical solution in cooperation with technical specialists and general designer based on criteria and inputs of all project team stakeholders
- Co-creates technical design of a project from technical point of view in terms of High-Low voltage, Weak Current, BMS
- cooperates with construction budget creation
- provides guidance to general designer in respect to proposed technical solutions during Business Concept and Scheme design creation
- collects and summarize inputs and outputs during Scheme design stages (Zoning and building permit)
- Co-approves all stages of project documentation up to construction documentation
