Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The position is being filled for the client operating in Engineering industry.

- oversee order execution for all orders within the manufacturing centre in Slovakia placed by internal client and initiate and follow up activities to secure successful order execution
- folllows the timely completition of milestones in the supply chain process and ensure on-time delivery
- participation on an online kick-off meetings with client to define time schedule, milestones and technical requirements of the order
- prepares regular order status report for the internal client
- acts as a main point of contact for internal client and project manager
- provide a cost status and final cost calculation with project closure
- coordination of internal and customer acceptance tests
- compile final quality documentation in cooperations with QM
- coordination of important client visits

- knowledge of Manufacturing Technologies/Project Management/Order Handling
- experience from working with Senior management
- knowledge of MRP systems
- knowledgo of strategic sourcing and vendor management
- extrovert with good negotiating skills
- able to handle stakeholders from different cultures
- analytical approach to work
