Construction site/project manager

We are looking for junior and senior candidates

Junior: 1+ year experiences - industrial or infrastructural projects
Senior: 5+ years experiences - industrial or infrastructural projects

Work content:
• Daily comunication in English.
• Support the completion of preliminary engineering, detailed specifications and construction and supply contracts.
• Monitor and oversee all civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work on the project to ensure it meets contract obligations.
• Contribute to the development of detailed project management and construction plans and schedules.
• Supporting and managing sub-contractors execution of work.
• Direct the execution of work in accordance with approved contracts and ensure compliance.
• Provide a safe and secure project site for all project participants.
• Provide supervision and guidance to subordinate staff.
• Become completely familiar with all project documents.
• Assist in developing the basic plan for executing and controlling the project.
• Assist in the preparation of project procedures, project budget and project schedule.
• Coordinate all issues with client, subcontractors and other team members.
• Provide regular reporting of work progres.
• Other regular work tasks of the site manager/project manager.
