We are looking for a professional with hands on experience when implementing reward and benefits programs, analyzing data, and preparing recommendations for improvements. The ideal candidate has solid analytical and project management skills, is able to identify and clearly address problems, to interpret data, to draw conclusions and formulate and implement recommendations.

You will be responsible for keeping up with laws and regulations related to pay and benefits to ensure the organization follows them and to align local programs to Group rules and standards.

Additionally, you will be acting as single point of contact for senior management team and provide them support and education.

Job description:
• Analyze, design, deliver and administer reward and benefits portfolio to ensure/ support business strategy (cost efficiency, market competitiveness, employee engagement and retention).
• Total Rewards management (Fixed salary, Variable pay, Benefits, Market positioning & targeting)
• Develop accurate salary increase budgets based on business objectives and plans; control expenditures within budgeted levels, propose appropriate corrective measures.
• Monitor legislative changes that may have an impact on reward programs and conduct regular and ad-hoc total compensation market analysis.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc compensation campaigns, such as salary review, bonus management, performance management
• Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of programs and give recommendations for improvements.
• Manage relationships with vendors of C&B services. Monitor performance and results. Recommend improvements and implement approved changes.
• Guide management and employees by developing and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
• Provide HR Business Partners tools to ensure all C&B actions are conform to established guidelines, policies, and practices.

• Solid knowledge of compensation-related programs, policies and regulations
• Ability to align reward policy with business objectives
• Knowledge of payroll, taxes, and benefits administration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
• Effective verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills
We expect previous C&B specialist experience, at least 4 years
