We have a unique possibility for a young and qualified engineer to work as an Industrial Engineer. This role will manage and provide detailed hourly and salaried headcount analysis which is used to identify and support current & future budget. This includes support accurate planning of required headcount for new projects. This role will also provide data analyzing, processing, calculating, preparing appropriate reports and graphics with driving action plans are regularly tracked and targets are achieved.

- Providing engineering support to production assembly teams to ensure that the objectives of safety & ergonomics, quality, cost and efficiency,
- Develop & maintain an optimised line balance to achieve the department HPC targets,
- Authorise Production System revisions, liaise with Process Engineering to confirm and validate changes,
- Provide support in the creation of new allocation, create and upload Option Codes and Volumes to Allocation Planning Tool,
- Develop, document and assure standardised work and stable production processes according to standard operating procedures,
- Production data analysing, processing, calculating, preparing appropriate reports and graphics with driving action plans are regularly tracked and targets are achieved,
- Supporting the introduction of new products & processes into the existing manufacturing area with correct documentations and delivered on time and of the highest quality to meet customer demands,
- Drive efficiencies in process to deliver Year on Year productivity and reduce Hours per Car,
- Cooperation on Annual Business Plans, Annual budget and monthly forecast data
- Cooperation on Engineering changes, Line trials, Process audits, PCPA Audits, TPM plans
- Developing safe working practices,
- Support in workshop for Kaizen improvements & Time Motion Management,
- Adherence of Jaguar Land Rover standards and procedures.
Požiadavky
Requirements:
- Completion of college diploma or university degree in: Mechanical/Electrical/ Engineering, or similar; or equivalent college/university in a technical field,
- Relevant previous min. 2 years experience of Manufacturing/Engineering processes,
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to process large amounts of data and focus on the key issues,
- Take initiative, customer oriented, think strategically,
- Ability to tackle complex issues in a high pressure environment with fast moving environment and tight deadlines,
- Demonstrable Experience in the application of Reports preparing and logical approach to Problem Solving,
- Conversant with CAD Engineering systems as well as MS Office,
- Proficient in managing risk assessments, FMEAs, control and reaction plans for industrial automation equipment.
