Operational Analyst is responsible for preparation, control and managing CPU. Regular check and maintenance of change management. Preparation of data for the price negotiation. Responsible for damage management. Regular check and control of price and costs management. Regular preparation and evaluation of KPIs.
- Responsible for the preparation, maintenance and management of KPIs ( damage, CPU, costs … )
- Responsible for management of CPU
- Responsible for change management
- Responsible for management of damages and clarification
- Responsible for regular evaluation of costs in department
- Responsible for internal and external communication within the department and with the local supplier
- Responsible for preparation of documentation and data needed for price negotiation
Požiadavky
- Basis knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes
- Ability to work under pressure and with cross functional team. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and to strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, applying common processes and standards. Task orientation. Self-starter attitude and a continuous improvement mind set.
- Good time management skills with the ability to set goals / priorities are required.
- Knowledge of MS Office
