The Squeak and Rattles test Launch team is responsible for the prevention of squeak and rattles test issues in launch and current vehicles, the role also links heavily into forward model team where lesson learned are captured.
- Support Vehicle Engineering quality manager to deliver flawless launch/current car issues from squeak and rattles perspective
- Support the multi-functional team
- Work with the Manufacturing Co Leader to ensure all issues are resolved
- Link to the Core squeak and rattle test team for information and support
- Monitor all internal squeak and rettle measures, and investigate issues
- Support solution development with engineering and manufacturing
- Attend audits and reviews as needed for squeak and rattle test issues
Požiadavky
- Engineering degree
- Good team player, able to lead a cross functional team to identify and resolve squeak and rattles ingress design and manufacturing issues
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Background in general engineering methods and standards
- Experience of problem solving tools
- Creativity and innovation
- Good communication and presentation skills
