Popis práce
- Generate cycle counts lists required - according to cycle count program and demands of our business customers.
- Reconcile system stocks on SAP/ eWM system within strict FM guidelines.
- Investigate causes of ‘Out of Tolerance’ adjustments and inform relevant areas of issues, as required.
- Maintain departmental records and filing systems as supporting evidence for auditors/ audits. Cooperates and participate on internal/ external audits
- Support part changes and model year run out programs in order to ensure a smooth transition and minimise obsolescence stock.
- Support and work with the team to achieve its targets. Support development of processes on SAP backround
- Liaise with counters to optimise and improve program. Cooperates on other cross- functional processes with other departments ( Finance, Warehouse, purchasing, planning etc) on ad- hoc inventory resolutions
- Prepares inventory reports and brochures ad- hoc or based on agreed templates
Požiadavky
- Good understanding of Logistics processes including material flows, receiving and storage of materials (GR;GI; kitting)
- Experience in inventory cycle counts management and reconciliation processes
- An understanding of Financial accounting and reporting
- Excellent knowledge of SAP IM/WM as well as IT. skills (All Microsoft)
- Data Analysis identifying trends in performance for investigation.
- Manage priorities, identify issues & solutions using own initiative, coupled with a desire to make a difference & achieve results.
- Demonstrate drive with a customer focused approach & good organisational skills & have the ability to multi-task; manage changing priorities whilst maintaining focus.
- Ability to perform well under pressure with high levels of responsibility.
- High level of self-motivation & determination & the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team - a Team-player !
- Communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing (English language is a must !) establishing good working relationships
- Good communication and able to give clear direction up to and including senior management.
