Manpower Planner

To provide statistical Hourly/Salaried Manpower data required to guide and support the business in
the achievement of effective and cost efficient objectives delivery

Main Responsibilities:

• Generate Annual Manpower Business Plans
• Generate Annual Manpower Budget
• Produce Monthly Forecast Manpower data
• Manning variance reports and analysis (inc Required on Roll (ROR), Hours Per Car (HPC), Actual on Roll( AOR) vs ROR) – providing data for hiring / releasing
• Architecture Board support (HPC, manning etc current car and through business plan period
• The generation of HPC forecasts through the business plan period. Integrating LEAP actions and plans and / or salaried benchmarking targets
• Support Cost Reduction activities with HPC analysis, glidepaths and a breakdown of actions to help move towards the target.
• Analyse published strategies and raise awareness of any potential business impacts and provide recommendations supported by detailed analysis
• Provide technical assistance to all areas generating manpower inputs
• Lead any Harbour Report data collection activities with finance and manufacturing
