Senior quality leader (warranty claims)

• Drive the Durability, Quality and Reliability issues of the Nitra plant vehicles.

Warranty issues pilot.

• Drive the action plan and for all customers claims.
• Responsible for the plant quality system management (Stop Ship, Gate Holds, World Class Product Audit, First Time True, etc.)
• During vehicle launch phases, from design through to Launch.
• Report-out KPI Dashboard aligned to customer quality corrective actions for concerns identified.
• Key liaison between PQ, PD engineering departments and Plant manufacturing to ensure key quality issues are being addressed. (e.g. key lessons learnt progress)
• Implement the problem solving system into the plant.
• Part of the quality improvement team.
• Interface with the sister plant and Product Engineering and Advanced -
• Manufacturing Engineering to ensure key procedure requirements are being adhered to, and helping to develop continuous improvements processes.
• Overall responsibility for departmental Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale.
• Lead specific quality system facilities installations during the process development build phases.
