Project Assistant - Programme Management Office

We offer great opportunity to support Programme Management Office activities of the JLR investment programme in Nitra, Slovakia to ensure efficient delivery in line with the programme’s challenging objectives.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the PMO mangers in leading and facilitating programme’s governance meetings. This will include interaction with multiple internal programme teams and external strategic partners and advisors. This will include ensuring appropriate flow of communication, presentation preparation, meeting minutes preparation and tracking of actions.
• To support the flow of communication across the project teams, escalating and resolving risks and issues which could impact the successful delivery of the programme
• To support the overall programme timing schedule, forecasts against target, and create high standard reporting documents
• Support implementation and enforcement of the standardised programme controls, PMO tools and reporting that will enable the functions to deliver on time and to budget.
• Track project deliverables, driving actions within functions and manage the reporting of progress against BCDS (the Business Creation and Delivery System) deliverables
• Assist with the administrative tasks, such as purchase requisitions in SAP system.
