Popis práce

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive Company in the Nitra region. We are hiring for the position of Personal and Technical Assistant. This position is required to support the Paint Shop Director and the Paint management team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support, managing and arranging travel trip, expenses, correspondence, purchase orders, managing offices affair, invoices, management of IT requests, access tracking, organisational structures, signatories, office stationery (printing / photocopying) etc.
  • Managing diaries, manage team absence chart, arranging meetings, booking conference rooms etc. using Google
  • Managing visitors, Lockers Management, PPE in the Paint Shop
  • Manage and maintain the functional google drive structure and Paint documentation
  • Create, Support and control all functional QMS Documents (Standards, Procedures) in support of Audits.
  • Produce presentations using Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Supporting the technical meetings, conversation and communication in English
  • Supporting the Paint team with English language, conversation, translation of documents, minutes of meeting
  • Paint Shop internal communication
  • Able to handle highly confidential information sensitively and appropriately
  • Supporting in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required from the Paint Shop director and Paint Management team
  • Champion 5S in the Paint office
  • Setup and support for official internal and external events
  • Work in production line if necessary

Požiadavky

  • Previous experience as a PA is essential as well as general administrative activities
  • Able to learn and practice the Paint Manufacturing Process in UK
  • High competence and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills with attention to detail and deadlines
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation as well as with external contacts
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, to work unsupervised, self-contained
  • Respect for confidentiality
  • Business Proficient in English – verbal and written
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Experience in a manufacturing office environment
  • Experience of Google system (email, google drive)
  • Excellent Presentation skills
