We have an exciting opportunity to work for a new automotive company Jaguar Land Rover in the Nitra. We are hiring for the position of Technical Administrator.

The position is required to support the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Director and his team in administrative activities. This is a key position to ensure smooth work environment in a very challenging and diversified environment between a multi-international team. The tasks are mainly to deal with administration and management to ensure the AME team is able to work effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage team holiday & absence chart for all staff within assigned team.
• Manage and maintain the functional google drive structure & content.
• Create, Support and control all functional QMS Documents in support of Audits and compliance.
• Manage and maintain the departmental skill matrix.
• Provide support and guidance on roadmap.
• Management of LL5 & LL6 calendar, meeting and web-exs / dial in.
• Village hall & offsite setup and support for official events.
• Management of IT requests, PCARS access tracking & organisational structures.
• Taking / Writing up / Issuing Meeting Minutes / Actions.
• Departmental Lessons Learnt and Cross-department Communication.
• SAP - Raise Shopping Carts for Department.
• Travel planning for management team.
• Interview planning and candidate management.
• CSR Events / Feedback / Communication
• Time schedule reporting for management.
• Taking / Writing up / Issuing Meeting Minutes / Actions.
• Printing / Filing / Photocopying.
• Ordering Stationary for department using online systems.

Additional Activities:
• Support external functional managers in AME when needed.
• Carry out extended on boarding sessions for AME hires in additional to HR.
• Some overseas travel may be require to support teams.

Požiadavky

• Candidate should be self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A flexible approach to work will be central to a candidate’s success due to the fluid nature of the functions work.
• Project Management skills, Business Acumen, Financial skills and a strong Analytical Capability.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and negotiate between conflicting business interests.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
