Popis práce
- Support development and maintenance of Control Plans and associated paperwork within process in Pre-treatment, E-coat process and upgrade and all Sealing area.
- Support development, successful implementation and ongoing compliance / improvement of MQOS (Manufacturing Quality Operating Standard)
- Responsible for all Process Documentation
- Approval and collect CoA (Certificate of Acceptance) of material
- Provide technical and process support to manufacturing
- Implement and maintain key process measurements to support improvement projects
- Support line trials and permanent process changes
- Interact closely with the suppliers of Pre-treatment chemical material, E-coat material, Sealers material improvements in terms of quality / cost etc.
- Liaise with service team to support quality measurements
- Supervising Pre-treatment laboratory. Management all chemical product within area including all documents needed (MSDS, etc…)
- Quality of Incoming materials, consumption material
- E-coat Upgrade processes and documentation. Review and concurrence of QPS (Quality process sheet) and WES (work element sheet) on a calendarised basis.
- Support Quality and Environmental Leader with vehicle specific quality issues
- Drive Process, Facility and Quality improvement initiatives and projects.
- Support for internal and external plant audit and assessment as required
Požiadavky
- 3 + years of proven in paint pre-treatment process
- Ability to analyse the needs of both internal and external customers
- Have the ability to visualise and explain the current status
- Self-starter with the confidence and ability to work on own initiative
- Enthusiastic, with the motivation to achieve goals
