For further expansion and safeguarding a profitable distribution business in Eastern Europe we are looking for a loyal and skilled :
(Junior) Area Sales Manager (m/f), Protective Coating
Distribution Sales Eastern Europe Division Industrial Solutions
Your challenge:
- active support of the sales manager in the Eastern European region
- responsibility for the development of distributors and network partners in cooperation with the regional management
- new acquisition of distributors in the field of protective coating liquid business
- responsibility for sales targets and framework contracts
- active market development and exploitation of the potentials through regular customers visits and appropriate marketing strategies
- relationship management of material manufacturer
- technical support including product demonstrations and trainings
The position is based on a market cultivation contract (Home Office), preferably located in Eastern Europe and close to an international airport.

- willingness for frequent travelling within Eastern Europe (up to 80 - 90%)
