Sales area manager for Slovakian and Czech market
Objectives and responsibilities of the job:
• The implementation of planned objectives in the area of competence
• Monitoring and analysis of market development and competitors, with a constant presence with customers and presence on the field
• Finding new customers, making offers and improve the conditions of sale for existing customers
• participation in the formulation of pricing policy
• Coordinate development, technology and logistics
• Management of sales projects
• Analysis and sales reports

Brief description of the company
IZOTERM PLAMA d.o.o. has a 50 years long history of doing business. Situated in Podgrad, near Croatian and Italian border, Izoterm Plama is located at one of the most important transport paths connecting Western Europe to the Balkans and it is only about 40 kilometers away from the three most important ports in the region: Koper, Rijeka and Trieste.
Izoterm Plama used to be a part of the company Plama Podgrad, one of the largest companies producing and processing plastic materials in Slovenia. During the mass privatization process in the early 90’s, Plama has been divided into four joint-stock companies, which continued the successful work with dedicated and defined production.
One of these was Izoterm Plama, which is specialized in the production of polyethylene foam with the aim to become one of the European leader in this highly technological production.
Actually, Izoterm Plama Podgrad employs roughly 50 people with a turnover slightly below 10 Mio eur with a plan to double this up by 2020. Around 75 % of our production is sold outside Slovenia (mostly in Germany, Austria, Italy, Hungary and across the republics of former Yugoslavia).
