Job description, responsibilities and duties

•Working on Call Center. Respond to all customer inquiries via telephone, live chat and e-mail providing information about products and services.
• Confirm reservations with our service providers and notify customers of any updates with their itinerary in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company's scripts and best practices when dealing with customer and agents.
• Maintain a close relationship with our service providers and solve any issues related to the booking process.
• Promptly resolve service issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and all steps that were taken.
• Other duties as assigned.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Service-oriented, friendly, and caring attitude with the intention of satisfying the customer 100%.
• The ability to assess customer needs, meet quality standards for services, and evaluate customers’ satisfaction.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Excellent organizational skills required.
• Experience in a customer service environment is a plus, but not necessary.
• Need to be detailed oriented and possess the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Dependability (must have a clear attendance record and reliable on time reporting for work).
• Able to work rotating shifts including at least one day of the weekends, and holidays.
