  • Respond to all customer inquiries via telephone, live chat and e-mail providing information about products and services.
  • Confirm reservations with our service providers and notify customers of any updates with their itinerary in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company's scripts and best practices when dealing with customer and agents.
  • Maintain a close relationship with our service providers and solve any issues related to the booking process.
  • Promptly resolve service issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and all steps that were taken.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Experience in a customer service environment is a plus, but not necessary.
