Managing Director
Food Industry

Responsibilities:

• Operational and strategic management of the production company with app. 250 employees
• Sustainable improvement of results / profitability
• Increase of export activities
• Product line optimization, product development
• Cost-cutting

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of business administration, technical affinity, sales and marketing oriented
• At least ten years of professional experience in a management role in the food industry with verifiable track record (e.g. production, sales and marketing, general management)
• Experience in turnaround management
• Leadership skills
• All-rounder with entrepreneurial attitude
• Fluent English (business level), German favourably
