Job description, responsibilities and duties


Key responsibilities:

  • Ensures the technical feedback and product improvements information flow towards Dealers and Brand Service in the Central Europe Area.
  • Actively supports and ensures Brand Service in development of the Network diagnosing capabilities.
  • Manages the Central Europe Technical Support team - 4 subordinates.
  • Manages, provides and continously improves Technical Support to the Dealers - both online and in the field.
  • Supports Central Technical Service Manager and Quality dpt. by ensuring the necessary information is collected, to configure technical issues.
  • Supports Technical Information internal publication feedback to other Departments (e.g. procedures, repair manuals…).

Requirements:

  • University degree in technical field or relevant experience in case of technical high school education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support / service in Automotive (commercial vehicles are big advantage).
  • Experience how the workshops within Automotive are managed.
  • Practical experience in electric/electronics within Automotive.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles products.
  • Perfect technical mindset and excellent problem solving capabilities.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in particular in technical explanations and training.
  • Fluent English at least on B2 level is a must.
  • Any other language is an advantage.
