Job description, responsibilities and duties
For strengthening our System Management Center team we are searching for suitable candidates for the position of IT SUPPORT 1ST/2ND LEVEL, with knowledge in Linux and Windows systems administration.
The team provides support for MS Exchange infrastructure and is responsible for server patching on both Microsoft and Linux platforms. Team members provide technical assistance to our customers, as well as perform basic administration tasks on operating systems.
Main tasks:
- Basic Systemadministration Unix, Windows, Databases
- Alarm Monitoring
- Troubleshooting
- Working in shifts (24/7) environments, potentially weekend works (server patching a.s.o.)
- Communication with customers and partners
- Creation of system documentation and cooperation with other organisational units of ITSDONE
