Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Providing support for SAP Security and Authorisations requests and incidents
• Provide 1st and 2nd level SAP Basis support
• Taking ownership of issues and proactively driving them to resolution
• Maintaining excellent customer service through all customer contact
• Ensuring all cases and documentation are accurate
Position suitable for both Junior and Senior consultants.

• SAP security technical skills, covering the main functional areas and Basis components
• Experienced in design and deployment of SAP Security solutions
• Has an in-depth understanding of roles, authorisations and objects across all SAP modules
• Experience with using SAP Central User Administration
• Takes full responsibility for quality of work performed
• English language and communication skills
• 1-2 years of relevant experience minimum
