Junior and mid Technical consultant – Service operation

Itera Slovakia is looking for Technical Consultants who will provide 1st and 2nd line support side to handle issues and management with committed applications.
Client is one of the top retail bank in Europe by deposits and a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the most respected banks in the world.

The main tasks:
• proactive support to monitor and update the systems and servers
• upgrade applications and services
• working on improvements of applications
• handling service operational tasks
• end-user support and communication

Main technical requirements:
• minimum 2 years’ experience of working in IT Services and Maintenance environment
• application and system configuration
• knowledge of Windows directory services, policy- and role-based administration
• experience with application deployment and maintenance on windows servers
• ability to analyze a given problem, diagnose it and find its root cause

Nice to have:
- junior level programming skills in .Net
- understanding of PowerShell scripting
- document the apps and services in English
