Job description, responsibilities and duties
Itera Slovakia is looking for Technical Consultants who will provide 2nd and 3 line support for .Net applications.
Client is one of the top retail bank in Europe by deposits and a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the most respected banks in the world.
The main tasks:
• handling service operational tasks
• end-user support and communication
• update and upgrade systems and services
• monitor and proactive support
• provision access to users and systems
• working on improvements of applications
Main technical requirements:
• minimum 2 years’ experience of working in IT Services
• application and system configuration
• experience with application support and maintenance on windows platform
• ability to analyze a given problem, diagnose it and find its root cause
Nice to have:
- mid level programming skills in .Net
- basic understanding of PowerShell scripting
- document the apps and services in English
