Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a person who will lead the team in Managed Services department, delivery of service operation for IT infrastructure and systems.
Team currently consists of 10 people (20 people in 1 year) and is dedicated to Scandinavian-based customers.
Main responsibilities
Management towards customer:
• manage infrastructure and services projects
• maintain SLA contracts
• manage changes and expectations of the customer
Presales towards customer:
• consulting contract conditions with customers and internal organization
• requirements analysis, writing proposals and specifications
Resource management towards organization:
• setup return on investment plan for department
• setting goals for the team
• provide performance evaluation to the people
• motivation and satisfaction of team
