Job description, responsibilities and duties

Itera is looking for a Mid .NET Developer that has experience in.NET C# as well as ASP.NET MVC and/or Front-end development. They will become a part of distributed SCRUM team that develops a web based insurance sales portal for Nordic market.
Team is located in Norway and Slovakia. Daily communication with other developers/business users as well as occasional business trips will be an essential part of the working process
Client is the largest Nordic insurance company providing a broad range of financial services.

Tasks and responsibilities:
• involvement in full software development life cycle
• development according to specification (.NET 4.6 / C# 6.0, Angular )
• working in Webapi/Rest
• development of unit tests
•responsible for quality in own work
• willingness to proactively clarify & suggest solution to business requirements
•responsible for smaller modules

Professional skill:
• at least 3-year experience within software development
• understanding software product life cycle, quality assurance approaches
• experience in working with ASP .NET.
• experience in working with AngularJS
• Git (Stash as Gitrepo) experience
• dependency Injection (team uses ninject, but knowledge of other DI tools is OK), NLog
• experience working with front-end
• knowledge of unit-testing, continuous integration

Personal skills:
• good communication skills – you must be able to find out what customer wants when there is no clear description
• ability to travel abroad – Scandinavia
• ability and willingness to learn

Is a plus:
• experience of work accordingly SCRUM methodology
• experience of work in distributed team/environment
• experience of direct communication with client
• experience with React
