Job description, responsibilities and duties

Itera Slovakia needs an experienced Change manager for the project of Scandinavian customer, to become a part of newly formed team in Bratislava office.
It’s a new project to start, aimed to cover all change management process of a leading purchaser of nonperforming consumer loans in Europe.

Short-term business trips to Norway, Denmark should be expected.

Responsibilities:
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
• Assess the change impact
• Complete change management assessments
• Create change management strategy
• Identify, analyze, prepare risk assessment evaluation
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance
• Consult and coach project teams
• Support communication efforts
• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists
• Integrate change management activities into project plan
• Evaluate and ensure the change plan is ready
• Track and report issues
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Support change management at the organizational level, Enterprise Change Management
• Manage the portfolio and change load
• Invoicing
• Update CMO
• Update License Office
• Planning resources with people planner

Candidates with education suit the position
