- more than 3 years experience in a management position in controlling and finance
- at least 5 years professional experience in a technological or service-oriented environment
- profound knowledge in IFRS accounting and reporting, experience in the systematic development of corporate performance figures
- capable of representing relevant business processes in performance figures
- Capable of interpreting performance figures & KPI
- experience with budget and cost responsibility, leading a team of more than 5 employees
- final candidate should be ready to travel a lot within first months
- an open-minded person with leadership experience and strong analytical approach
- confident and friendly appearance, good presenting skills
- he/she will manage in an integrative and participative way, will be able to adapt his/her management style adquately and will be able to lead by professional and social skills
