Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Lead a team of SW development engineers, SW project managers and SW test engineers
- Responsible for the cost center of SW department
- Manage SW Development resources to customer projects based on project demand and budget constraints
- Ensure adherence to software development processes according to SPICE and ISO 26262 and improve software development methodology
- Continuous improvement of total software development cost by offshore strategy and low cost country utilisation
- Ensure that software supplier management guidelines are consistently used for 3rd party softwares
- Define reuse strategy of SW modules and SW Development tool
- Responsible for the cost center of SW department

- Experience working with 3rd Party Software suppliers for RTOS
- Proven record of successful SW project management dor OEMs
