Job description, responsibilities and duties
Job role:
- Setup and manage Linux-based machines,
- Configure and maintain LAMP based solutions,
- Design and develop tools and automated processes for monitoring, deployments, data analysis and reporting,
- Explore new or configure existing technologies with scalability in mind,
- Troubleshoot/fix service incidents according to SLA,
- Create, maintain and restore backups,
- Contribute to ops documentation,
- Support internal agile development teams,
- Support EMEA clients through ticketing system
