Job description, responsibilities and duties

- responsibility for fluent office operation (mail, administration, organizing appointments, ...)
- invoices received and outgoing administration, invoices payment
- documents and materials preparation, communication with accountancy team,
- accepting of clients and guests
- providing support for the marketing team
