Sales Manager (Russia & CIS)

Job profile:
As a Sales Manager, you will:
  • Develop and consolidate sales to CIS Market, offering products and solutions for the region;
  • Develop Sales tools aimed at achieving the business growth;
  • Leverage knowledge/skills to build partnership within the market and identify new opportunities;
  • Develop Sales in new regions and with new customers
  • Develop external sales network and channels to market (Agents etc.) to provide further growth opportunities;
  • Visit customers and distributors with focus on growth as per Strategic Business Plan;
  • Support the Global Sales and Marketing Director with market inputs to adjust Business Strategy;
  • Responsible for the interface between customers and internal departments;
  • Analysis and follow up of customers’ requests in partnership with internal departments;
  • Sales contract follow up, taking care of payments/overdues;
  • Responsible for the CIS sales budget and forecast;
  • Develop and promote training to Sales Force Representatives / agents / distributors;
  • Ensure agency / distributor contractual agreements are implemented properly
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in timely manner;

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Business Management with technical background;
  • 5 years’ experience of technical product Sales (preferably across CIS region);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present ideas in a variety of forums
  • High proficiency with computer software and applications (MS Office, Salesforce.com, etc.).
  • Fluent in Slovak, English & Russian languages.
  • Availability for national and international travel – approximately 50%
