Communication Specialist - Opertional Excellence (Shell Slovakia)

Job profile:
As a Communication Specialist for Operational Excellence, it will be your task to support the operational excellence at country level.
You will support the communication content towards channels and sales force and between Shell and the Retailers (i.e. petrol stations).
You will drive & coordinate specific performance programs (i.e. setting and monitoring the achivment of operational targets KPI´s), act as an interface between customer service centre and Sales&Operations, manage the communication channels with the sales force and with the Retailers,. You will also coordinate the Retailer communication with other functional areas.
You will also manage the Digital tools and promote their usage among Shell-Retailers.

Requirements:

• Univeris

University Degree, preferably in Economics

• Strong team-member of sales support and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communciations skills
• Strong stakeholder management
• Good understanding of the Retail business
• very good IT-skills (advanced Excel)
• Very good English
