European Sales & Marketing Back-Office Specialist

Job profile:
The purpose of your role is to actively support the Business Unit (Packaging for Pharmaceutical Industrial Segment) in all commercial (Sales and Marketing) administrative, business and operational needs.
You will be located in Bratislava, but will report to a Business Unit Director who is located abroad - in France.
Flexibility to travel (up to 20%, travelling mainly to Brussels and Paris) is required as well.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of work experience in an international, preferably matrix-structured company
• Very good business awareness
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work under strict deadllines
• Process minded/driven
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer orienation
• Very good IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc., preferably also SAP or similar)
• Fluent in English + good knowledge of French
