European Quality Assurance Manager

Job profile:
As a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager, you will be a member of the European Central Industrial Team, supporting two business units - Automotive and Electronics. You will collaborate accross the global organization, your position interfaces the company with the quality units at both suppliers and end-customers sides.

You tasks will include:

• Monitoring third party suppliers (planning, execution, documentation of the qualification)
• Surveillance on on the quality and compliance status
• Identification and assessment of new suppliers
• Perfoming sup, change management
• Execution and monitoring of trends
• Day-to-day quality problem troubleshooting, supplier visits
• Initiating supplier quality impovements
• Overseeing and development of Quality Assurance Processes, recommennding new processes
• Documentation
• EDI&VMI projects

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and skills of Quality Management (i.e. supplier quality, supplier audits, end-customer audits)
• Skills set like 8D, PPAP, ISO9001, Quality tools etc.
• Good understanding of supply chain/logistics
• Knowledge of quality management systems (i.e. Six Sigma, etc.)
• advanced IT-skills (preferably SAP)

• Strong listening, influencing and negotiation skills are essential.
• Enterprenual mind-set, comptitive, high-energy selfstarter, hands-on and can-do attitude.
• Ready to travel (located in Bratislava), global travelling
• Fluent in English
