Cost Control Process

• Prepare monthly follow-up of results for sites, industries with Sites Managers
• Industrial Follow-up (focus on fixed costs / variable costs / break-even point / Impact of raw material price variation)
• Understand, Explain, Analyze discrepancies compared to budgets
• Anticipate Costs at completion
• Follow Up of Agency General Expenses
• Follow-up of receivables. Alert on risks of non-recoverability.

Coordination with Legal Department

• Follow-up / control of non-invoiced turnover

Sites Budget Process

• Supervision of Objectives Preparation for new sites,
• Supervision of Control Points Supervision (20%, 50%, 80%) for ongoing sites

Operational Issues

• Coordinate information between site managers and accounting department
• Ensure proper management of Daily Reports on site
• Implement Cost Control culture among operational people
• Ensure proper calculation of Turnover

Corporate Budget Cycle

• Consolidation of agency site results
• Participation to preparation of agency budget for the year
• Monthly review. Preparation of comments (main events of the month, etc.)
